The scope of work covered developing experience for new digital wallet application on the market within several key phases. The most critical - discovery phase, demanded eyes & ears from Head of product, Solutions Architect and me as Product designer to forge PRD full of words that needs to be translated into clickable prototype. The process of creating wireframes and connecting dots into prototype is slow and painful so I’ve decided to save time and do deep research on how to automate the process and get results close to zero mistakes.

about the project.

A compliance-first digital wallet for the Serbian market, built across two surfaces. The consumer app delivers secure multi-step onboarding, OTP, PIN, biometrics, and full wallet management. The web admin CMS governs users, partners, cashback, commissions, and vouchers, with third-party SMS and identity verification wired in. Phase 1 established the full foundational architecture for both.

As team approached to discovery meetings with client, it quickly became clear that this project is going to be huge. lt will require couple of phases precise architecture and a robust design system.

Team needed single source of truth that will present all flows and features in every phase with a great precision in shape of clickable prototype so clients can visualize the product in a best possible way.

This means, I need to deliver results fast to ensure quick validation and enough space for improvements.

Within a couple of days of experimenting I was able to connect AI assisted design systems, create rich prompts which executed flows with no friction, almost one-shot prototypes that are ready for review with client.
